One-Time Past-Due Balance Amnesty Offer Extended to August 30, 2026
Pearl River Central Water Association is offering a one-time amnesty opportunity for meter accounts with a past-due balance.
To take advantage of this offer, eligible members must come into the PRCWA office no later than August 30, 2026 and pay their current balance plus 50% of the past-due balance in full. Once payment is received, the remaining past-due balance will be forgiven.
After August 30, 2026, meters on past-due accounts are subject to being locked. If service is locked, a $100 reconnect fee and the current balance plus 60% of the past-due balance will be required to restore service. If no payment is made by November 1st, the account will be subject to the original balance due with no reduction plus the required reconnect fee!
