One-Time Past-Due Balance Amnesty Offer

Pearl River Central Water Association is offering a one-time amnesty opportunity for meter accounts with a past-due balance.

To take advantage of this offer, eligible members must come into the PRCWA office no later than July 31, 2026 and pay their current balance plus 50% of the past-due balance in full. Once payment is received, the remaining past-due balance will be forgiven.

After July 31, 2026, meters on past-due accounts are subject to being locked. If service is locked, a $100 reconnect fee and the current balance plus 60% of the past-due balance will be required to restore service.

Please contact or visit the PRCWA office to confirm your account balance and eligibility before the deadline.

This is a one-time offer. Accounts remain subject to PRCWA policies and applicable service charges.
