ALERTS

We issue a precautionary boil water notice any time we have a loss of water or the pressure drops below 20psi.  When this happens there is a potential for harmful bacteria to infiltrate the water lines. We do not know if that has happened until we send water samples to the health department to be tested. Again this is a precautionary measure to protect you and your families in the event of water loss or extremely low pressure. When you receive an alert, open the link to find out if your area is affected. We encourage all customers to sign up for alerts. Click on the sign up for alerts tab on the right side of the homepage and supply the necessary information. Changes in phone number or email address? Update your information.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FEE CHANGE

Important Member Update

Pearl River Central Water Association is in the process of transitioning to a new payment gateway and a much-needed online customer payment portal.

As part of this transition to more modern payment processing, card payments will now include a convenience fee of 2.75% of the payment amount or $1.50, whichever is greater. We understand that no one likes additional fees, and we want to be as transparent as possible as this change takes place.

Please know that members may still pay by cash or check in person or by mailing a check, and those payment options will remain available with no convenience fee.

Our goal is to provide members with more service options, including the ability to make payments online, while continuing to support the traditional payment methods many members prefer. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work through this transition, complete staff training, and continue improving services for our members.

BOIL WATER NOICE

Customers that experienced low pressure or who were without water in the Carriere area on 6-1-26 are under a BOIL WATER NOTICE. Boil the water for 1 minute before consumption.  We will lift the notice once more information is received.
