ALERTS

We issue a precautionary boil water notice any time we have a loss of water or the pressure drops below 20psi.  When this happens there is a potential for harmful bacteria to infiltrate the water lines. We do not know if that has happened until we send water samples to the health department to be tested. Again this is a precautionary measure to protect you and your families in the event of water loss or extremely low pressure. When you receive an alert, click on the link to find out if your area is affected. We encourage all customers to sign up for alerts. Click on the sign up for alerts tab on the right side of the homepage and supply the necessary information. Changes in phone number or email address? Update your information.
